Go to Settings from the Zoom website by signing in via the Zoom web portal. Your webinars and meetings will be ready when you enable the passcode settings under the Security section. The setting may be enabled or disabled by clicking the toggle. A verification dialog will appear. Select Turn On to verify the change if it is displayed. Web portals for Zoom can be accessed by logging in. To access settings, click the Settings button on the navigation panel.

The meeting tab can be accessed by clicking it. Embed passcode in link is enabled under Security. Verify to use it for one-click sign on if Embed passcode in link is enabled. All that is left are two words!!

In Zoom meetings and webinars, passcodes are needed, as well as those previously scheduled. Also applicable for new accounts is setting up waiting room as a default meeting ID: if your account is a Personal Meeting ID, please configure this when you create it by clicking the button below.

You can join Zoom through the settings panel of the desktop app or by selecting this option in the homepage of the web browser. Opening Hours : Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm. Open the Chrome browser. Go to join. Be sure to enter your meeting ID.

Go to Zoom. If you join for the first time, you will get prompted with the Zoom window. Press More in the meeting controls. Tap Login as Host. The host is not currently there, so we will need to reset your account. Tap OK to confirm that you are the host. You need to log in with your Zoom account. Participants can now be viewed as hosts based on tapping Participants.
